Senior SAP Consultant

Responsibilities:

• Lead SAP implementation projects, including planning, design, configuration, and deployment phases.
• Provide expert-level guidance on SAP best practices and solution architecture to meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into functional and technical specifications.
• Design and configure SAP solutions across various modules, ensuring alignment with business processes and industry standards.
• Lead and mentor junior consultants, providing guidance and knowledge transfer to enhance team capabilities.
• Conduct workshops, training sessions, and knowledge sharing activities to facilitate user adoption and maximize the value of SAP investments.
• Perform system assessments, optimizations, and performance tuning to ensure optimal operation and scalability of SAP landscapes.
• Stay abreast of SAP innovations, new features, and industry trends to provide proactive recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Act as a subject matter expert in SAP modules such as SAP S/4HANA, ECC, SAP BW/4HANA, SAP CRM, or others as relevant to the project.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP solutions with other enterprise systems and applications.

Minimum Requirements:

• Extensive experience as an SAP Consultant, with a focus on implementation, configuration, and support.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP modules and solutions, with expertise in at least one functional area (e.g., Finance, Supply Chain, Human Capital Management).
• Proven track record of leading successful SAP implementation projects from conception to delivery.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex business processes and recommend SAP solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Experience in leading and mentoring teams of consultants, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
• Certification(s) in relevant SAP modules or technologies is highly desirable.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
